Kate Wall has a passion for the art of buying and selling homes.  Moving 8 times, living in 6 states and buying and selling 5 homes has afforded Kate a unique understanding of both the buyer and seller perspectives of a real estate transaction.  There is nothing like personal experience to provide insight into the challenges, details, and emotions for all involved with a move. Kate and her family live in Ladue, her children attended Ladue schools and they have embraced all things St. Louis since arriving in 2007.

Kate’s community involvement has helped her develop strong skills in team building, marketing, leadership, event planning, organizational methods and perseverance.  Her current volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the CSP Tideriders Swim team.  Her past Board experience includes the Ronald McDonald House of Winston-Salem, the NC Triad Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Junior League of Winston-Salem and the YWCA of Winston-Salem.  Kate has also held various volunteer leadership positions with Susan G. Komen for the Cure at the National office in Dallas, TX.

A native of Southern California, Kate earned a BA degree in Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific.  She spent 9 years working in the Health and Wellness field, running corporate and community Fitness, Health and Wellness programs for Dartmouth College, GTE and Associated Grocers.  Each of these positions required Kate to expertly listen to each of her clients’ individual needs and to be proactive on their behalf.

Kate is excited to be joining Dave and Sabrina Robb, one of the most successful residential real estate teams in the St. Louis area.
