As Transaction Manager, Amy Velasco coordinates each contract from acceptance, serving as the focal point for all transaction stakeholders and helping to ensure effective communication and quality control.
Amy’s responsibilities include: confirming inspection appointments with homeowners, transmitting and processing executed documents to the Title Company and lender, tracking all contingencies and deadlines, providing advice on obtaining bids for any required property repairs, coordination closing times with all parties, and making arrangements for the keys, garage door openers, and warranty documents.
As Marketing Coordinator, Amy Velasco works with our Agent Partners and each of our Sellers to help launch and promote property listings. Amy performs such tasks as producing property brochures and informational flyers, processing MLS changes, and handling our extensive print and online advertising activities.
She also serves as the team’s Public Notary and dedicated scheduler, setting up open houses and tracking milestones in the transaction process. Amy holds a Real Estate Agent license and has 10+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator.
