Following are a few of the steps we have taken to make it easy to do business with us.
Extended Hour Appointment Desk: For your convenience, our appointment desk (Centralized Showing Service) is available Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 8PM and Sunday from 8AM to 6PM. If you are aware of an appointment desk with longer hours or more courteous representatives, please let us know. The appointment desk phone number is 314.371.2100.
E-mail Showing Feedback Requests: We understand that your time is valuable and your schedule is busy. To make it easy for you, we will send you an e-mail request for feedback. We feel this is easier than a phone call or a fax. Simply click the link in the request and enter feedback online. We appreciate any feedback you can offer and when we show one of your listings, we will return the courtesy.
Submitting an Offer: Seller disclosures are available in our on-site property brochures and as attachments to our MLS entries. Please call one of our agent partners prior to submitting an offer. Contact information is provided in each MLS entry and on this website. Please do not fax offers to the Dielmann office fax number.
Full-time Transaction Management: Like you, we’re often out of the office serving clients. However, our Transaction Manager, Amy Velasco, is in the office Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Amy may be the easiest way to reach us for: appraisal and lender questions, utility-related requests, inspection scheduling and walk-through scheduling, document copy requests, and closing management issues.
