Ladue Area Home Sales

Sabrina Robb, Guest Blogger for the Ladue-Frontenac Patch recently posted information regarding the 2012 Ladue area home sales.  Here is an excerpt:

“The Ladue area experienced a strong real estate market in 2012.  There was a 21% increase in the number of transactions sold above $400,000, a 3.2% increase in the average price per sq ft and a 2.8% increase in the average price per sq ft.  I expect this trend to continue in to 2013.
